Artist / Andrew Parker

A recent MA RCA graduate where he showed a film of a raft made from abandoned white goods rolling on a rough sea, gradually washed ashore, collapsing as it goes. In the context of a culture of overproduction Parker is interested in destruction and disappearance. Working in sculpture, film, photography and print, using obsolete materials, he demonstrates his love of small-scale human endeavour and the craft of construction.
